We offer an interactive workout programme designed for employers who want to improve the overall health and well-being of their staff. This programme includes easily performable exercises that can be integrated during the working day or into employees' daily lives.
Programme Structure:
- First Module: Focus on posture with 10 30-minute sessions focusing on learning good postures and using the deep muscle corset.
- Second Module: 10 30-minute sessions to train the major muscle groups, combined with the muscle corset.
- Third Module: 10 sessions focusing on stabilisation exercises.
Each exercise session will be supported by a short theoretical introduction and, once completed, exercises will be sent via email and made available in our app so that participants can access them at any time.
Location Options:
- Physically at the company in small groups of about 6 to 8 people.
- Via live stream at a location of your choice.
